Roy’s Auto Body in Garland, Texas, did an absolutely amazing job! Roy is one of the best people I have ever met. He treated me like family from the moment I walked in. He even allowed me to use a company car to go pick up a part. Roy and his team worked on my vehicle two or three times just to make sure everything was perfect. They did not stop until I was completely satisfied. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price was unbelievable! Roy is an honest, caring, and genuinely good man. If you have any kind of body damage or other problems with your vehicle, call Roy’s Auto Body in Garland. I highly recommend him and his team. They will take great care of you!

I’ve used Roy’s Paint and Body for years and they have always under promises and over delivered. Everything is right the first time, Lulu is always on top of status updates and the work is impeccable. They do work for me on my personal cars and my business trucks and vans. I won’t consider anyone else

I have used Roy’s Paint & Body services for over 20 years. He has done great work on our Mercedes, Lexus, BMW and Suburban. I have recommended him to all my family and friends. We have each received excellent service, professionalism, and excellent pricing. He and his staff are the best you will find! We took our 2008 Ford Focus to Roy for a paint job. The car was in bad shape and turned out to be a huge undertaking, more so than any of us expected. Roy and his crew stepped up to the challenge and knocked it out of the park! The car looks brand new and my grand daughter absolutely loves it. This was just one of many times my family has gone to Roy, he’s always professional and really looks out for his customers. He is not afraid to go to bat for his customers with the insurance companies, he has helped us out so much over the years. And his daughters are always ready to help they treat us like family. I would not trust anyone else with my vehicles, Roy is honest and always up front with the facts. For any and all auto body repair Roy is the BEST!

There is soo much that I can say about this establishment, but I’ll keep it short and focused on the paint & body aspect! I was side-swiped and after stepping out of my vehicle to assess the damage, I was immediately unprepared for the extent of it all. Both doors looked like they were peeled from the post, there was a deep puncture in my quarter panel, both door handles were pulled right off and the side mirror was no where to be found. (See before and after pictures below.) Knowing that I needed to get my vehicle to a repair shop, I Googled some places but The Lord led me to Roy’s and I’m so happy that He did! I gave them a call, unsure of what to expect cost wise, as this would be an out of pocket expense. Not only did they pick up my vehicle from my home via tow, they offered to cover the cost as well. Once my vehicle was in their possession, they were communicative and fully transparent about what I needed and the cost. It’s the honesty for me! They worked with my timeframe and it was ready exactly when they said it would be - bless Lulu’s heart for dealing with my many questions throughout the entire process!
